Using the Cloud Sync & Backup service your attachments are synced into your existing cloud storage provider you can instantly access them whenever and wherever you want just like any other files and using the tools that you are already familiar with.
The files are stored in a simple folder hierarchy and are named to contain the key information about the transaction such as the category and whether a bill has been paid yet or not.
Setting the service up is quick and easy, and once done it works like magic in the background leaving you to get on with more important things.
Your data is valuable and you should be able to choose where and how it is stored - the Cloud Sync & Backup service empowers you to do so.
We do not retain a copy of your files and only store the minimum data required to operate the service such as file sizes, modification dates and FreeAgent identifiers.
The service is build on top of the official FreeAgent API and for even greater control you can create a limited access user in FreeAgent for Assist(a)nt to use that only gives access to the information required.
